In some cases you may need to open event registrations before you have selected a venue in the Location section of your event’s general Settings. This may happen if:

• Your venue still has to be added to the list of available venues. To request a new venue to be added, contact the Indico.UN user support.
• You still haven’t chosen a venue.

You can still open registrations without selecting a venue by providing information in the additional address field. To do so:

1. On the left pane of your event management are, go to Settings.
2. Scroll down and click (Edit) beside Arrangement Type.
   
3. Enter venue information in the Additional address field.
   Provide as much information as possible. If you know the country and city but the venue is still to be determined, enter for example “Italy, Venice, venue TBD”
4. Don’t forget to click Save.

Now when you go to your registration form’s management area via Organisation > Registration > Manage button beside form, you will be able to open registrations.
