ListFlow: Generate a List of Participants

  • Download to xls your data source and save.
  • DO NOT delete any columns in the data source.
  • You may modify data on participants in the data source.

Launch ListFlow. Select from the Template dropdown menu the LoP you want and enter the mandatory event details.   Click Reset to clear any erroneous data in these fields.  Click Next.

Either use Browse to search for or “drag & drop” to upload your data source. Click Next.

The screen indicates what data source is being used and for which LoP. Click Create.

It may happen that you get a message like this on-screen. This means that one of the rep type docs contains a merge field in the tag for which there is no data in the data source. You may either accept to remove the field or replace it with something else that does exist.

A temporary word document is generated.  PLEASE SAVE IT.

    View process report allows you to review the steps taken to create the document.  When you view the process report, the below screen displays.

 

    If you encounter problems, Copy to clipboard allows you to copy and paste the report into a document to support investigations.
